RV RESORT
Eric & Jay’s RV Resort is a chic development consisting of 114 RV pads in a gated, access-controlled community. The RV pads range in size from 30-foot back-ins and 40-foot extended length to luxury pull-throughs. Each slip is outfitted with a picnic table and includes water, sewer and electric hook-ups as well as a fast fiber internet connection. The drive lanes are 20 - 28 feet wide allowing for easy maneuvering. Select pads feature a lake view, quick amenity access, private yards and/or covered parking.
The resort is a stylish, amenity-laden destination offering a charming Texas Hill Country vibe in the midst of the exciting city life. The property is anchored by a clubhouse and pool terrace with heated jacuzzi, gazebo grilling/dining area, and outdoor fire pit overlooking the large pond stocked for fishing. The modern Clubhouse features individual restrooms with showers, a fitness center, game room, business center, lounge, hospitality kitchen and laundry room.
A major perk of living at Eric & Jay’s is the immediate access to the City of Houston’s vast retail and transportation network. We have many long-term guests embracing the close-knit community while not having to worry about a long commute.
LOCATION
Eric & Jay’s RV Resort is located in Pearland, Texas, just south of Houston. The resort has immediate access to the City of Houston’s vast transportation network. Primary access to Eric & Jay’s neighborhood is provided by State Highway 288, Loop 610, and the Sam Houston Tollway. You can enjoy all the big city life has to offer while embracing a tight-knit community right outside your front door. The city of Pearland features a thriving culinary scene, fabulous shopping, and year-round events with a wide range of activities.
Downtown Houston (10 Miles): The central business hub for the nation’s fourth largest city.
Texas Medical Center (8 Miles): The largest medical city in the world caring for 10 million patients annually. TMC includes 13 teaching hospitals, 2 medical schools, 4 colleges of nursing, a dental college, a college of pharmacy and a college of optometry.
University of Houston (12 Miles): The third-largest University in Texas with over 47,000 students across its 500-acre campus.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Eric & Jay’s RV Resort’s cancellation policy is related to the timeframe between the cancellation date and your anticipated arrival date, regardless of when the reservation was made. Please understand we do not give refunds for situations beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, illness), however, can issue a credit per the cancellation guidelines below.
A reservation cancelled at least 30 days prior to anticipated arrival date will receive a full refund.
A reservation cancelled 29-11 days prior to anticipated arrival date will be charged a 1 day ($65) fee.
A reservation cancelled less than 10 days prior to anticipated arrival date will receive no refund or credit.
No-shows will receive no refund or credit.
No refunds or credits for early departure.
