Eric & Jay’s RV Resort is a chic resort consisting of 114 RV pads in a gated, access-controlled community. The RV pads range in size with 30-foot back-ins, 40-foot extended length, and luxury pull-throughs. Each slip includes water, sewer and electric hook-ups as well as a fast fiber internet connection. The drive lanes are 20 - 28 feet wide allowing for easy maneuvering. Select pads feature a water view, quick amenity access, private yards and/or covered parking.
The resort is a stylish, amenity-laden destination offering a charming Texas Hill Country vibe in the midst of the exciting city life. The property is anchored by a clubhouse and pool terrace with heated jacuzzi, gazebo grilling/dining area, an outdoor fire pit, and a large pond stocked for fishing. The modern Clubhouse features individual restrooms with showers, a fitness center, game room, business center, lounge, hospitality kitchen and laundry room. We’re pet-friendly and feature a spacious outdoor dog park where your furry friends can run, play, and enjoy the fresh air.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Eric & Jay’s RV Resort’s cancellation policy is related to the timeframe between the cancellation date and your anticipated arrival date, regardless of when the reservation was made. Please understand we do not give refunds for situations beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, illness), however, can issue a credit per the cancellation guidelines below.

RV SITES
For guests with stays shorter than 30 nights ("short-term guests”) (i) cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit, Less $20, up to the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 13 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.
Holidays require 30 days’ notice.
VACATION RENTAL SITES

Monthly or Longer Stays: For all guests with stays of 30 nights or longer, a $250 non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking. Once you have checked-in this booking deposit rolls in to a utility deposit which is fully refundable in the last month of your reservation minus final expenses.
While we hope you never need to cancel, we understand things do come up.
